	The Oryx group comprises of two Malaysian incorporated companies ie Oryx Energy Consultants Sdn Bhd (OECI) and Oryxec Malaysia Sdn Bhd (OECM). These companies are descendants from Pegasus Inc’s Malaysian based operations which were originally set-up in the 1990’s and have been operating continuously for over 15 years. OECI is the principal company of the Oryx Group (OECG) which performs design, engineering and project management of Pipelines and Subsea Systems within the Max Energy Group. OECM is PETRONAS licensed for this work.
